Guidelines for Senior Year for Students In Pediatrics
All in all Guidelines for Senior Year for Students In Pediatrics.
We strongly recommend completing both of your subinternships in the Univ ersity of Michigan system and also to consider doing both of your sub-I’s in Pediatrics. We offer sub-I’s on all 5 of our Inpatient Services. You can al so include the ICU requirement as part of your SubI in either
the Neonatal ICU or the Pediatric ICU.
You may wish to choose one to three months of pediatric electives. We have a wide variety of choices available including: Pediatric Subspecialty Consult Services, Pediatric Community Health, Child Abuse and the Hemophilia Camp Rotation (offered only in July). There are also
courses at other hospitals listed.
Take those courses that you are not likely to see again.
